About Crosstown Concourse
Crosstown Concourse is one of the most ambitious adaptive reuse projects in American history. The 1.1 million square foot former Sears distribution center has been transformed into a vertical urban village housing apartments, offices, restaurants, a pharmacy, a theater, art galleries, a YMCA, health clinics, and educational spaces — all under one roof. Living at Crosstown Concourse means having virtually everything you need within an elevator ride. The apartments range from studios to three-bedrooms, featuring modern finishes with nods to the building's industrial heritage. The community programming includes concerts, film screenings, and festivals throughout the year.
